Elgin Recycling will be raffling away Cubs tickets every month!
Starting Monday, May 8th, 2017 Elgin Recycling will be raffling a pairs of Chicago Cubs tickets every month! Bring your recyclables to any location between now and August 2017 and enter for a chance to win. The drawings will be held every month and the winner need not be present. Every time you bring in recyclables you can add another entry, increase your odds and recycle! Good Luck!
